Back by popular demand after his hilarious show in last year’s festival, British poet and songwriter Les Barker combines the zaniness of Monty Python and surreal inconsequentiality of Reeves and Mortimer with Edward Lear’s nonsense and Stanley Unwin’s wordplay.

His poems feature off-the-wall characters such as Jason and the Arguments and Cosmo the Fairly Accurate Knife Thrower, and his eccentric songs have been covered by Martin Carthy and June Tabor. Not to be missed!
