It may sound like Hollywood’s latest blockbuster, a sequel to Alice in Wonderland or perhaps The Notebook, but it’s not… It’s a brand new, totally original library service and Book Swap based in Leeds.

Run by local librarian Jessica Haigh, the travelling suitcase is stuffed with books donated or recycled, available to lend for free and for as long as it takes to read them.

Pop along to this informal Sunday afternoon session to meet other book lovers, browse the suitcase and trade book swaps. Jess is an avid reader and is more than happy to talk with you about recommendations and generally have a natter about all things bookish!
